Frequently Asked Questions!

Here's a list of questions and answers to satisfy your curiosity.

How big is the resolution of the portrait?

Each commission is done on 8 inches x 10 inches (8R photo paper size) resolution. That is 2400 pixels by 3000 pixels at 300 ppi. Color profile is RGB.

Since this is a digital file (soft copy), it is resizable.

Should you wish to have a hard copy of the artwork, you are more than welcome to have them printed on a photo printing store.

Where do you send the artwork?

Each commission work is sent through your e-mail address, so please make sure you provide your e-mail information and keep an eye on your inbox.

How do you do these portraits?

I do these artworks on Adobe Photoshop 2020.

I use a XP Pen Star G640S Pen Tab for drawing your requests. I use it just like how I would draw on paper. It comes with a stylus pen.

What is the format of the artwork saved in?

All artworks are saved in .png format to retain the quality.

How many hours or days does it take for a request to be done?

It largely depends on my workload but usually I do it within the day in a span of 30 minutes to 1 and a half hour depending on the complexity of the reference photo and client requirements.

How many pets or humans are required to be done in one commission request?

Since I am working on a relatively small resolution “paper”, I would require a maximum of 2 pets per request but usually if you have multiple pets, it is best to have them done per piece. Pricing here.

Please keep in mind that human commissions are more pricey since they take more time to be done due to the more complex nature of details.
